The Sleep Diary explains each item in The Sleep Kit and offers suggestions on how to use every item. There are also lined pages for you to track sleep time or routines that work for you - ie. what time you or your care-partner are going to bed, and what time you are waking up. In the Diary you will also find a checklist of every item in The Sleep Kit. This way, you can identify trends and see which items are working well for you and your care-partner.
